By agreeing to use and participate in the recruiting services offered by 2Twelve Recruiting, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (the Company or 2Twelve Recruiting), you agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy, and any other applicable terms related to your use of the Company’s services.
Definitions:
“Personal Information” shall refer to any data collected from you that may allow yourself to be identified. These may include without limitation your first and last name, location, phone number, gender, e-mail, mailing addresses, professional title, company name, employment history, education history, personal summary, and any other non-personal information.
“Non-Personal Information” shall refer to any information that is not directly linked to your Personal Information and that, standing alone, does not allow for the identification of your individual person.

Information we collect:
When you sign up for services with 2Twelve Recruiting we may collect Personal Information from you such as your first and last name, location, phone number, gender, e-mail, and mailing addresses, professional title, company name, employment history, education history, and personal summary.
Upon signing up for services with 2Twelve Recruiting, we will store your Information in our database.
We shall also collect any content that you may share with us as part of our services. This includes without limitations text, images, photographs, messages, comments, or any other kind of content that is not your e-mail address.
We shall also collect other types of Personal Information that you provide to us voluntarily, such as your operating system and version, product registration number, and other requested information if you contact us via e-mail regarding support for the service.
Our servers will also collect other Non-Personal Information from you such as your browser type, operating system, Internet Protocol (“IP”), domain name, and / or a date / time stamp for your visit.
If you decide to refer a third party, we will collect the third party’s name and e-mail address in order to follow up with the third party.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to provide our clients with recruitment solutions and help candidates with their job search. By entering your information on our Website using our contact form, your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
We shall use the Information that we collect from you in order to provide you with the service requested and aid us in serving you best. In particular, your Information shall be used, without limitation, to: find jobs for candidates, find candidates for client companies, match candidates with opportunities, process any profile update, improve the quality and administration of the Site and service, and reach out to you during your use of the service. We may also use your information to: send newsletters, surveys, offers, and other promotional materials related to our service and for other marketing purposes of 2Twelve Recruiting, LLC.
We may also, upon receiving your consent, publish feedback and testimonials that we may receive from you.
We will not share, trade, otherwise, sell your personal information such as phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties under no circumstances. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any Personal Information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.
If our business is sold or integrated with another business, your details may be disclosed to our advisers and any prospective purchasers and their advisers and will be passed on to the new owners of the business.

As set forth below the Company may use your telephone number to deliver text messages (including, but not limited to, SMS and MMS) to the telephone number(s) that you provide. Text messaging may include one-time or recurring texts related to, but not limited to, the following programs:

How to Opt-Out
If you do not wish to continue participating in any of our services, or no longer agree to our Privacy Policy text the applicable Short Code or directly reply to any message received from the Company with the word “STOP” to opt out of receiving text communications at any time. You may receive an additional text message confirming your decision to opt-out. You understand that the text message program may not recognize and respond to unsubscribe requests that contain words or phrases other than those set forth above and agree that the Company and its service providers will have no liability for failing to honor such Requests.
